Halima Elbiaze, PhD





Halima Elbiaze received the M.Sc. degree in telecommunication systems from the Université de Versailles in 1998, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Telecom Sud-Paris, France, in 2002. She is currently a full Professor with the Department of Computer Science at Université du Québec à Montréal, where has been serving since 2003. She has authored and coauthored many journals, conference papers and patents. She is Senior Member of IEEE.  Her research interests include network performance evaluation, 5G and beyond, IoT, traffic engineering, cloud/edge computing, and quality of service management in optical and wireless networks.
